Not a great session. Was still feeling slightly dodgy this morning after catching a bit too much sun yesterday. (Note to self...never forget to put suncream on face....). But, with only 1.5 weeks to go here, didn't want to miss a day's windsurfing session, so went out anyway. With the wind blowing a bit less than yesterday, and just right for the kit I was on, it all started off OK with comfortable sailing and some nice jumps/gybes. But fatigue quickly set in and soon I had no more energy left to do anything, and started making very uncharacteristic school-boy errors. Also was finding it hard to keep upwind, especially on the runs back in to the beach (obviously must have been that damn current, again....). I knew it was time to call it quits when on one run back in I just couldn't get planing, then stupidly catapulted due to no energy/laziness when going for the straps, then spent ages trying to waterstart and eventually ended up miles downwind in dunces corner. Arse.

On getting back to the beach I was feeling queasy, fatigued and generally pissed off so called a sickie, went home and slept all afternoon. Am feeling a bit better now (8pm) so hopefully all will be well for windsurfing tomorrow. As for today....well the good conditions (for a change....) means it just about scrapes 3 stars.
